Plaintiff-Appellant Jennifer J. Mickel-son sued her employer, Defendant-Appel-lee New York Life Insurance Company (“NYL”), alleging retaliation and discrimination on the basis of sex under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and salary discrimination under the Equal Pay Act (“EPA”), 29 U.S.C. § 206(d). The District Court granted summary judgment in favor of NYL on all claims.
