GORTON, District Judge.
This case involves a dispute over a parking easement in Revere, Massachusetts. The easement burdens property currently owned by plaintiff, Surf Site Development, LLC (“Surf Site”), which purchased it from co-plaintiff, the City of Revere (“the City”). It is undisputed that the parking easement at one time benefited property that is currently owned by defendant, Boston/Logan Airport Associates (“Boston/Logan”), a private organization with no connection to the international airport of the same name.
