OPINION
LUONGO, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Kenneth Brown, filed this suit on September 24,1976 in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. The suit was removed to this Court under 28 U.S.C. § 1441 on October 28, 1976. Brown has named as defendants: William H. (Bill) Cosby, Jr., the well known entertainer; Jemmin, Inc.
