MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This adversary proceeding relates to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition filed by Ra-vindra K. Jairath (“Jairath,” “Defendant,” or “Debtor”) on October 2, 1998. Jacob Bletnitsky (“Bletnitsky” or “Plaintiff’) filed a Complaint to determine whether the Debtor’s debt to the Plaintiff is nondis-chargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
