Investors Mortgage Co. v. Jessco, Inc.

The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants to recover a commission alleged to be due it for services performed in accordance with the terms of an exclusive listing agreement executed by the defendant Steven J. Knapp. After a trial the court rendered a judgment for the plaintiff against Steven J. Knapp, and he has appealed. Judgment was rendered for the defendants Ethel Knapp and Jesseo, Inc., as against the plaintiff.
