This breach of contract and patent infringement action brought by Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. and U.S. Philips Corporation (collectively, Philips) against a number of CD replicator companies, including the ADS Group (ADS), Zomax Incorporated (Zomax), Entertainment Distribution Company (USA) LLC (EDS), and Optical Experts Manufacturing, Inc.
