MEMORANDUM DECISION ON MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENAS

The defendant, Gordon James, moves to quash subpoenas served by the plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, on or about January 15, 2010, on Biddeford Savings Bank, Century Bank, Citizens Bank, Skowhegan Savings Bank, and Sovereign Bank.
