This lawsuit, in the last analysis, involves the title to the fractional SE % of the SE14 of section"21, township 15 south, range 16 west, in Ouachita County, Arkansas. The appellants claim title as the heirs and lineal descendants of William G. Johnson, who died about the year 1862, seized and possessed of all the lands in controversy. The appellees claim title to the lands by adverse possession through James W. Hughes and his grantors for more than seven years prior to the filing of the complaint in this action.
