(after stating the facts). A. E. Slaughter seeks to reverse the decree quieting the title in the Cornie Stave Company upon the ground that it conveyed the land in controversy to E. E. L. Combs; that, after Combs’ death, the tract was sold with other lands belonging to his estate at administrator’s sale; and that the defendant, Slaughter, acquired title by mesne conveyances from the purchaser at the administrator’s sale.
