Came on this day to be heard the Motion of the Defendants Southern Pacific Transport Company (“Southern Pacific”) and MCI Communications, Inc., (“MCI”) for Reconsideration of the Order denying Summary Judgment in the above-captioned cause. Plaintiff responded in a timely manner.
