FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

The appellant was convicted, contrary to his plea, of rape in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 920. The findings and his sentence to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for four years, and reduction to the grade of airman basic were approved by the convening authority and the United *34States Air Force Court of Military Review.
