Appellant Ruby J. Yeakley appeals from a jury verdict awarding her compensatory

damages but denying her punitive damages in a negligence claim against Appellee Robert E. Doss. On appeal, Yeakley argues that the trial court abused its discretion in granting Doss’s motion in limine to prevent her from introducing evidence of Doss’s three convictions for driving while intoxicated.
