In this matter, J. H. Bosard, Esq., an attorney of this court, appears in behalf of the State Bar Association, and the respondent, Mr. George C. Oimstead, appears in his own behalf. The undisputed facts presented by the record, briefly stated, are as follows: The respondent, George C.
