Plaintiff Alison Clapp, a former partner of defendant law firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae (“LeBoeuf’), filed the instant action against LeBoeuf, individual firm members and professional corporations (collectively, the “LeBoeuf defendants”), and the Honorable Justice Diane A. Lebedeff of the Supreme Court of the County of New York and the judges of the Appellate Division, First Department of the State of New York (collectively, “the State defendants”).
