SUMMARY

This civil rights case arises from the termination of a contract held by X-Men Security, Inc. (“X-Men”) to provide security guard services to a housing development in Brooklyn, New York known as Ocean Towers. The plaintiffs are X-Men, its owner Anthony Richards and Sheila Boyd, a tenant of Ocean Towers.
