MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

GRIMM, United States Magistrate Judge.

This diversity personal injury case has been assigned to me, with the consent of the parties, for all proceedings. 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), L.R. 301.4. The pending dispute involves the plaintiff, Mr. Behler’s, efforts to obtain discovery of facts relating to income earned, and work done, by Robert D. Keehn, MD, on behalf of insurance companies and defense attorneys in connection with conducting Rule 35 examinations of plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
