GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

This diversity action arises from a claim filed by Marquichetta Powell against Jacor Communications Corporate for personal injuries that Powell sustained while patronizing a Halloween season haunted house owned and operated by Jacor. Powell filed a pro se complaint in federal court, together with a motion to proceed in for-ma pauperis (IFP). Jacor moved to dismiss the complaint on the ground that Powell had failed to comply with Kentucky’s one-year statute of limitations. The motion to dismiss was granted by the district court.
