This is a suit for an injunction and other relief, brought by Miles H. Feero and others, as plaintiffs, against J. M. Honsley, Jane Doe Housely, liis wife, A. G. Ingalls, G. F. Reynolds, and American Guaranty Life Insurance Company, a corporation, as defendants. From a decree in favor of plaintiffs, the defendants J. M. Housley, Jane Doe Housely (whose true name is Leonora M. Housely), A. G. Ingalls, and G. F. Reynolds appeal.

The defendant American Guaranty Life Insurance Company, hereafter referred to as the company, is an Oregon corporation, and the plaintiffs are “class A” stockholders…
