OPINION

VOSS, Presiding Judge.

Tina Jean Stine (“Defendant”) petitions this court for review of the trial court’s summary denial of post-conviction relief. For the reasons explained below, we grant review, but deny relief.

BACKGROUND

Defendant pled guilty to two counts of recklessly trafficking in stolen property, class 3 felonies, with one prior felony conviction (burglary in the second degree).
