CHESNUT, District Judge.
In this case the plaintiff sued the defendants to recover damages for accidental injuries occurring to the plaintiff at the bus terminal of the defendant, Greyhound Corporation, in Baltimore. As a result of the trial the jury found a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $5,000. The defendants having moved for a directed verdict at the trial, have now moved for a judgment n.o.v., not including an alternative motion for a new trial.
