Alfred Wawak was indicted for carrying’ a pistol, and for the crime of murder, alleged to have been committed by shooting- one Floyd Parker with a gun, and for the crime of .assault with intent to kill, alleged to have been committed by shooting at Fred Parker with a pistol. Clarence Vaught was separately indicted for murder, which offense was alleged to have been committed by shooting Floyd Parker. By consent the defendants were jointly tried, Wawak being placed on trial on all three of the indictments against him. Both defendants were convicted of involuntary manslaughter and given a…
