W. Aydelotte was indicted for the crime of murder in the first degree by the grand jury of Pulaski County in the killing of' one H. D. Edwards in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The testimony adduced by the State at the -trial tended to prove that Aydelotte, on the night of 'September 24, 19215, came over from Memphis, where he resided, to Little Rock after his wife, who, with their two children, was visiting his mother-in-law living at 1214 Rock Street, Little Rook, Arkansas. When Aydelotte arrived at the home of his mother-in-law, he ascertained that his wife was out with another man.…
