OPINION
JUNELL, Justice.
A jury convicted appellant of the solicitation of Adrian Franks to commit capital murder and assessed punishment at thirty-eight years confinement in the Texas De partment of Corrections and a $10,000 fine. In sixteen points of error appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, evi-dentiary and discovery rulings made by the trial court, the court’s charge, the court’s failure to dismiss the indictment on speedy trial grounds, and the prosecutor’s final argument. We affirm.
