A juvenile court certified fifteen-year-old appellant Tuan Anh Dang as an adult. After the juvenile court transferred appellant to the trial court, he was indicted and tried for capital murder. The jury found appellant guilty, and the trial court assessed appellant’s punishment at confinement in the state penitentiary for life.
