Plaintiff Willie H. Hankerson appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Jack B. Weinstein, Ch. J., affirming the decision of defendant Patricia Harris, Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary), that plaintiff is not entitled to Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.
