Coffrin, District Judge) which upheld a final determination of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) denying Mongeur’s application for reinstatement of disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (Supp. IV 1980).
