KEARSE, Circuit Judge:
Appellant Walter E. Parker brought this action in the district court under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare denying his application for social security disability benefits. The district court affirmed the Secretary’s determination that on June 30, 1976, the last date on which appellant met the special earnings requirements for disability insurance coverage, he was not disabled within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 423.
