COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by general court-martial for conspiracy to commit rape; conspiracy to commit indecent acts; rape; housebreaking; and committing indecent, lewd, and lascivious acts, in violation of Articles 81, 120, 130, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 920, 930, and 934, respectively. He was found guilty of rape, but not guilty of the remaining offenses. He was sentenced to total forfeitures, reduction to pay grade E-l, confinement for 2 years, and a dishonorable discharge.
