Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss by Defendants Analogic Corporation and B-K Medical Systems, Inc. The Court referred the instant motion to Magistrate Judge Rich for a Recommended Decision, which was issued on January 21, 2010. Both parties objected to portions of the Recommended Decision (Docket #s 31-35).
