A disabled former patient brings this action against a medical provider, alleging disability discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12182 et seq. (“ADA”), and the Maine Human Rights Act, 5 M.R.S. §§ 4571 et seq.
