MEMORANDUM OPINION

McDONALD, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon the motion of defendant, West Texas Marketing Corporation, for preliminary and permanent injunctive relief pursuant to the interpleader statute codified at 28 U.S.C. § 2361. In particular, West Texas Marketing Corporation (hereinafter “WTM”) requests this Court to issue an order enjoining defendant Energy Cooperative, Inc. (hereinafter “ECI”), until further order of this Court, from taking any action in Adversary Proceeding No. 81 A 2075 (hereinafter “Chicago adversary proceeding”) which would affect the property,…
