EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a special court-martial and, *420contrary to his pleas,1 was found guilty of one specification under Article 92, two specifications under Article 93, one specification under Article 123, and three specifications under Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892, 893, 923, and 934, respectively.
