— Reversing.
Miss Elizabeth Wilder instituted this action against J. M. Cadle to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by her as a result of bis negligence in tbe operation of bis automobile. At tbe conclusion of tbe evidence for tbe plaintiff, tbe trial court directed the jury to- find a verdict for tbe defendant. A new trial was requested and refused, and tbe plaintiff has prosecuted an appeal.
