Reversing.

The appeal is from a judgment for the defendant, John D. Otter, in an action for damages for the death of Miss Barbara Pryor, caused by being struck by aji automobile driven by him.

The accident occurred between 7 and 8 o’clock in the evening of December 11, 1935, at the intersection of Brook and Breckinridge streets in Louisville. The decedent was walking south on the east side of Brook street, and the defendant was driving east on the south side of Breckinridge.
