Dissolving injunction.

The Courier-Journal Company, incorporated, and having a capital stock of 600 shares of the par value of one thousand dollars per share, owns and publishes “The Courier-Journal,” a morning newspaper at Louisville. The Louisville Times Company, likewise incorporated, with one thousand shares of capital stock of the par value of one dollar per share, owns and publishes “The Louisville Times,” an evening newspaper, at the same place.

At the time of his death, in 1902, Walter N. Haldeman, the founder of both papers, owned 525 shares of the capital stock…
