Baltensperger v. United States Department of Agriculture

This is a quiet title action wherein appellant, Paul Baltensperger, seeks to recover eight parcels of land which he formerly owned and which were subject to a successful mortgage foreclosure in the district court for Otoe County in 1987. The appellees are lienholders involved in the foreclosure and individuals who purchased the land at the foreclosure sale.
