Baltensperger v. Wellensiek

This action was brought in the Otoe County District Court by the appellant, Paul Baltensperger, claiming that the appellees, First National Bank of Syracuse and its president, Otto Wellensiek, breached an oral contract, tortiously interfered with Baltensperger’s contracts, tortiously interfered with Baltensperger’s business relations, and committed fraudulent misrepresentation in dealing with Baltensperger.
