This suit was instituted by W. W. Taylor, the defendant in error, to recover the amount of a life insurance policy in which his son, Dewey Taylor, now deceased, was insured and the defendant in error, the father of Dewey, was named as the beneficiary. The suit was instituted against the Colorado Life Company but after the case was tried the name of the company was changed to “Gibralter Colorado Life Company.” The case was tried before a jury, upon special issues submitted to them; and upon the answers of…
