Section A.—This case was before this, court heretofore, and the opinion then rendered and adopted by the Supreme Court will be found reported in the fifth volume of the Southwestern Reporter, page 622. The respective claims of the parties in the suit are correctly outlined in the former opinion as well as the subject matter of the controversy. The judgment in favor of the present appellant Collins, who deraigns title to the land in dispute under C. E. Douglas, administrator de bonis non of the estate of D. O.
