This was an action by appellee to recover from appellant a certain sum of money alleged to be due under the terms of an oil and gas lease. The ease was tried by the court. At the request of appellant the court made a special finding of the facts and stated its conclusions of law thereon. Upon the conclusions of law filed by the court judgment was rendered for appellee in the sum of $286.
