This action was brought to restrain the defendant, a former employee of the plaintiff, from *419revealing confidential trade information and continuing in the employment of a competitor of the plaintiff. The defendant entered into a written contract with the plaintiff in which he stipulated that he would not reveal any confidential information obtained dúring his employment and would not enter the employment of a competitor within one year after the termination of the contract.
