This action is brought for an injunction restraining the defendant Powers Film Products, Inc., among other things, from soliciting any of the employees of the plaintiff and particularly from employing the defendant Warren, a former employee of the plaintiff, and restraining the defendant Warren from working for the defendant company and from disclosing any of plaintiff’s secrets of manufacture. The controversy relates especially to the manufacture of motion picture film raw stock used by producers of motion pictures. The plaintiff is engaged in the manufacture of this stock for the trade…
