In this action plaintiff seeks to recover a judgment against the defendant for damages claimed to have been sustained by it because of the alleged wrongful release of the possession of, and the failure to sell, two automobile coaches which the defendant, as sheriff of Salt Lake County, Utah, had theretofore levied upon pursuant to an execution issued out of the city court of Salt Lake City, Utah, in an action wherein the plaintiff herein secured a judgment against the Great Western Motorways, Inc.
