[¶ 1] Lisa Shiers, as personal representative of the Estate of Eleanor Dresser, appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J.) granting Maine Medical Center’s motion for a partial summary judgment on the Estate’s complaint for medical negligence.
