This is an appeal from the circuit court’s' denial of petitioner Modular Building Consultants of West Virginia, Inc.’s (hereinafter “Modular”) motion for judgment as a matter of law or for a new trial following an adverse jury verdict on Modular’s claims for contribution and indemnification. Modular contends that 1) the jury’s finding that respondent Poerio, Inc.
