Suit to quiet title, brought in the district court of Hughes County, State of Oklahoma, and in which plain tiff in error was plaintiff and defendants in error defendants, and we shall so designate them.
The case concerns the inheritance of an . allotment to one Ben Porter, a Creek citizen and member of the Tribe of the Creek Nation.
