This litigation originated as an interpleader in the circuit court of Macoupin county for the purpose of determining the ownership of certain real estate, notes, certificates of deposit and other evidences of indebtedness, which were conveyed to G. B. Meyer, as trustee, under an agreement of March 19, 1931, and also held under a supplemental agreement of June 23, 1931, made for the purpose of clarifying the original agreement.
