Per Curiam :
On June 16, 1923, Gladys B. Long, an unmarried woman about twenty-two years old, executed the following deed:
“This instrument witnesseth, That the grantor, Gladys B. Dong, of the county of Vermilion and State of Illinois, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) in hand paid and for other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey and quit-claim to Samuel A.
