OPINION OF THE COURT
BECKER, Circuit Judge.
This is a petition by Garegin Ambart-soumian (“Garegin”), his wife Nadia Am-bartsoumian (“Nadia”), and their two children, for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) denying them asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture. It is, in a way, a tale of two countries-the Ukraine and Georgia. Gare-gin is a Georgian citizen of Armenian and Ossetian parentage. Nadia is a Ukrainian citizen and a Baptist.
