The parties will be referred to as they appear in the Supreme Court. The State Industrial Commission cpmmencecl a hearing to determine liability under the Workmen’s Compensation Law after notice duly filed on the 19th day of April, 1938, by G. B. Owens. The cause was set for hearing and evidence taken on the 29th day of July, 1938, and on the 30th .day. of July, 1938, the State Industrial Com- . mission issued its order overruling demurrer to the evidence introduced and set the cause for further hearing on the Ada docket.
